The staff and care they provide at Austgen Family Dental is truly exceptional. They are excellent at answering questions and I appreciate their use of innovative strategies, especially with our kids, to provide the least invasive care possible. I experienced so much anxiety around going to the dentist based on childhood traumas (metal teeter totters) and then poor experiences as adult with a provider who did not have great bedside manner. I avoided going for years, and finally gave Holly and her team a call after a friend recommended them. I felt at ease before I even walked in the door. Every person was calm and kind. They asked questions about my past experiences, listened to my fears, and explored options to make the experience better for me. I felt as if I was part of the team and am actually (mostly) looking forward to my next appointment. Thank you for caring about the needs of your patient and taking the time to get to know me. I had my first appointment here after being with my family dentist my entire life. This dentist office made me feel so welcome, heard and I know they truly wanted to provide me the best service possible when it came to the health of my teeth. They reviewed a plan with me of different options and were very transparent on pricing/what insurance covers. They are very good about explaining what is going on during your visit. This office does such a phenomenal job of working with my teenage daughters. I have never had to consider taking them to a specific pediatric dental office even when they were younger because of how comfortable Dr. Austgen and the entire staff make it for them. I am so thankful for this office!
Just had a wonderful cleaning today with Joanne. She was the exact person I needed to turn my morning around. I was having a tough day with my child’s allergies and who would’ve known but she could relate and really encourage me. My teeth look and feel great and so does my soul. Dr. Austgen worked in t into her schedule to fix a problem area I had with a crown popping off. What a wonderful relational team. I drive 60 minutes after dropping off my son to be watched so I can still go to Austgen. It’s worth it!

Not sure why doctor didn't help with pain they cleaned teeth. Told me I needed tooth removed and implant. Yes I agree but endo prescribed antibiotic for pain until I see them. Why didn't doctor help with pain.. after 5 days on antibiotics I have no bleeding . Plus her referral can't see me until end of October. If it was such an issue she would have refused me for immediate to be seen.
Dr. Austgen and her staff are very knowledgeable and pleasant. Her staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Dr. Austgen spends plenty of time with patients and ensures all questions are answered. Other than not having an automatic front door, this facility is very accommodating to people using wheelchairs. The exam rooms are large enough for a power wheelchair to fit, and there is ample accessible parking. The waiting area is pleasant and large enough, and the check out desk is lowered to seated hight which is nice for people using wheelchairs to see when paying for services and signing documents. The music in the facility is subtle and pleasant. All of the staff are helpful and nice, and they are willing to work with you to ensure your needs are met. I highly recommend them for anyone who is looking for a dentist, or who is not happy with their current one (which sparked my change to Austgen Dental).

Very friendly and courteous staff. They are outstanding, as is their service. I feel very comfortable here as they explain what service they are going to preform and what options you may have. They also spend time checking in on you through out the service procedures. I feel they take adequate time with patient so you don't feel rushed.

My tooth was a big challenge, I was very pleased with the quality of outstanding service. Nice to feel that Dr Austgen, truly cares about giving me a personal experience.
This was my first visit. The staff was very friendly and through with my examination. After about an hour of x-rays, pictures, and probes Dr.Austgen came to the exam room to explain what all the preliminary probes and picture results were all about. After that the Dr. and I went into an office to look at the x-rays and pictures to see in detail what was going on in my mouth. After discussion a treatment plan was proposed and explained to me. I was very pleased with all the attention and details that I received within todays initial visit. Treatments are in the future but based on today's visit I would recommend this practice to potential patients.
My experience was great, excellent communication, the office is clean and modern, Dr. Austgen and her staff are very personable and professional, they also offer the latest technologies, really care about your comfort and have your best interests in mind when the care plan is designed. Everyone in the joint is personable, professional, competent, knowledgeable, and efficient. What more could you want? Edit 2 yrs later: I had a really traumatic dental experience in my teens, and now in my 50's it still haunts me. When fingers and tools are in my mouth my fight/flight response kicks in. Every moment they work on me I have a white-knuckled grip on the chair. But... I love these people because they do whatever they can to make me feel better. They keep me informed about what's going on, and that helps my logical mind reason with my emotions. Holly telling me "You're doing great!" is soothing, and gives me strength to get through the next 10 minutes. I don't want to go anywhere else for dentistry, and neither should you.

I love Austgen Family Dental. Everyone there made my first trip back after the pandemic very good and made me feel I was very safe and that they were doing all the precautions that were needed.
Very friendly staff. They do a great job cleaning as well as give you information to help you with your every day routine for healthier teeth. I used to really dislike the dentist because of previous dentists that were not as patient and caring. They have helped me enjoy going regularly to keep my teeth healthy.

I have been to many dentist in my life, but Dr Austgen is by far the best I have ever been to. She does not attempt to push services and products on you and is very good at diagnosing any problems and offering solutions. The dental hygienist are pleasant, gentle and very attentive when cleaning your teeth. If you are looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend this practice.
The staff are amazing, they know me by face and name, they know my in-laws whole family by face and name. They are people who want to get to know you, so they can do their best work. They are flexible with schedules, I had to cancel multiple times due to work and they worked with me.

Dr. Holly Austgen and her staff do a tremendous job of making your feel comfortable and know each step they are performing. My prior dentist retired and I went to him for a number of years. Holly and her staff take pride in their work and treat each patience with a level of care and understanding and they all really know what they are doing.
I have been going to this office for years now. Recently Dr. Holly Austgen has stepped in. My 4 yr old had his first cavity. We met Dr. Austgen for the first time at this visit. I had high standards for her because Dr. Weeks was so wonderful. I must say she was wonderful. She is very warm and inviting. She and her hygienist, Destiny treated me and my 4 yr old with respect and gave him such great care. I have always appreciated the office staff at this office. Everyone is always so nice. They know who we are when we walk in the door. There is a true family feel about this office and I would recommend anyone looking for a new dentist to give this office a chance.

I experienced so much anxiety around going to the dentist based on childhood traumas (metal teeter totters) and then poor experiences as adult with a provider who did not have great bedside manner. I avoided going for years, and finally gave Holly and her team a call after a friend recommended them. I felt at ease before I even walked in the door. Every person was calm and kind. They asked questions about my past experiences, listened to my fears, and explored options to make the experience better for me. This dentist office made me feel so welcome, heard and I know they truly wanted to provide me the best service possible when it came to the health of my teeth. They reviewed a plan with me of different options and were very transparent on pricing/what insurance covers. They are very good about explaining what is going on during your visit. This office does such a phenomenal job of working with my teenage daughters. I have never had to consider taking them to a specific pediatric dental office even when they were younger because of how comfortable Dr. Austgen and the entire staff make it for them. I am so thankful for this office!
Just had a wonderful cleaning today with Joanne. She was the exact person I needed to turn my morning around. I was having a tough day with my child’s allergies and who would’ve known but she could relate and really encourage me. My teeth look and feel great and so does my soul. Dr. Austgen worked in t into her schedule to fix a problem area I had with a crown popping off. What a wonderful relational team. I drive 60 minutes after dropping off my son to be watched so I can still go to Austgen. It’s worth it!

Not sure why doctor didn't help with pain they cleaned teeth. Told me I needed tooth removed and implant. Yes I agree but endo prescribed antibiotic for pain until I see them. Why didn't doctor help with pain.. after 5 days on antibiotics I have no bleeding . Plus her referral can't see me until end of October. If it was such an issue she would have refused me for immediate to be seen.
Dr. Austgen and her staff are very knowledgeable and pleasant. Her staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Dr. Austgen spends plenty of time with patients and ensures all questions are answered. Other than not having an automatic front door, this facility is very accommodating to people using wheelchairs. The exam rooms are large enough for a power wheelchair to fit, and there is ample accessible parking. The waiting area is pleasant and large enough, and the check out desk is lowered to seated hight which is nice for people using wheelchairs to see when paying for services and signing documents. The music in the facility is subtle and pleasant. All of the staff are helpful and nice, and they are willing to work with you to ensure your needs are met. I highly recommend them for anyone who is looking for a dentist, or who is not happy with their current one (which sparked my change to Austgen Dental).

My tooth was a big challenge, I was very pleased with the quality of outstanding service. Nice to feel that Dr Austgen, truly cares about giving me a personal experience.
This was my first visit. The staff was very friendly and through with my examination. After about an hour of x-rays, pictures, and probes Dr.Austgen came to the exam room to explain what all the preliminary probes and picture results were all about. After that the Dr. and I went into an office to look at the x-rays and pictures to see in detail what was going on in my mouth. After discussion a treatment plan was proposed and explained to me. I was very pleased with all the attention and details that I received within todays initial visit. Treatments are in the future but based on today's visit I would recommend this practice to potential patients.
My experience was great, excellent communication, the office is clean and modern, Dr. Austgen and her staff are very personable and professional, they also offer the latest technologies, really care about your comfort and have your best interests in mind when the care plan is designed. Edit 2 yrs later: I had a really traumatic dental experience in my teens, and now in my 50's it still haunts me. When fingers and tools are in my mouth my fight/flight response kicks in. Every moment they work on me I have a white-knuckled grip on the chair. But... I love these people because they do whatever they can to make me feel better. They keep me informed about what's going on, and that helps my logical mind reason with my emotions. Holly telling me "You're doing great!" is soothing, and gives me strength to get through the next 10 minutes. I don't want to go anywhere else for dentistry, and neither should you.

Coming from a person who has high anxiety about being at the dentist, everything about this visit was awesome! From the moment I walked in all the way until I walked out. It was great. From the time I entered the practice until I left, the staff was great and friendly. My dental hygienist was great. She offered options for a couple of issue. Took X-rays and it was easy. The Dr. Austgen was great too. She always explains everything.

Very friendly staff. They do a great job cleaning as well as give you information to help you with your every day routine for healthier teeth. I used to really dislike the dentist because of previous dentists that were not as patient and caring. They have helped me enjoy going regularly to keep my teeth healthy.

I like that they give you the facts and then let you make your own informed decisions about next steps. The office seems to be efficiently run and the staff are always welcoming. I have been to many dentist in my life, but Dr Austgen is by far the best I have ever been to. She does not attempt to push services and products on you and is very good at diagnosing any problems and offering solutions. The dental hygienist are pleasant, gentle and very attentive when cleaning your teeth. If you are looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend this practice.
The staff are amazing, they know me by face and name, they know my in-laws whole family by face and name. They are people who want to get to know you, so they can do their best work. They are flexible with schedules, I had to cancel multiple times due to work and they worked with me.

Dr. Holly Austgen and her staff do a tremendous job of making your feel comfortable and know each step they are performing. My prior dentist retired and I went to him for a number of years. Holly and her staff take pride in their work and treat each patience with a level of care and understanding and they all really know what they are doing.
I have been going to this office for years now. Recently Dr. Holly Austgen has stepped in. My 4 yr old had his first cavity. We met Dr. Austgen for the first time at this visit. I had high standards for her because Dr. Weeks was so wonderful. I must say she was wonderful. She is very warm and inviting. She and her hygienist, Destiny treated me and my 4 yr old with respect and gave him such great care. I have always appreciated the office staff at this office. Everyone is always so nice. They know who we are when we walk in the door. There is a true family feel about this office and I would recommend anyone looking for a new dentist to give this office a chance.
